Important Information
A student usually needs 64 credits for a Diploma and 129 credits for a Degree to
graduate, with minimum 15 credits per week / per semester. The student must send
the college his/her application which has to include all necessary documents along
with the correct attestation for submission to Migration.
All students should attend their classes as ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY.
At the same time the student sends his/her application to the College, and after the
NEW MIGRATION LAW, the student must send also, his/her fees to the College
account, (Application Fee, Tuition Fee, Visa Deposit and Student expenses). When
the College receives the payment then the College submits both the deposit of
payment to Migration and the application of the student, in order for his/her visa to be
issued. Once the visa is issued from Migration Authorities then it’s send along with
the receipt of payment, either to the agent or the student. All payments should be
made BY SWIFT TRANSFER, and the above should be the net amounts received.
NOTE: THE STUDENT’S FULL NAME, PASSPORT NUMBER, AND DATE OF BIRTH
MUST BE MENTIONED ON THE TT RECEIPT, OTHERWISE THE MIGRATION
AUTHORITIES WILL NOT ACCEPT THE APPLICATION. The original receipts
issued by your bank for money sent to the college and the college receipts must be
shown at the airport upon your arrival to Cyprus. This is an immigration policy.
Upon arrival to Cyprus, international students must bring at least €2000 cash with
them to cover the above expenses and their living expenses. For changing entry visa
to student visa, students must present evidence of deposit in a Cyprus Bank Account,
therefore they should also bring with them the original receipt of the exchange of
currency made from their country.
If a student fails to receive a visa from Migration Authorities or decides to withdraw
for any reason, then the College will refund all the net FEES received from the
student besides the Administration fee of €500 which will withheld from the College.
The tuition fees must be sent by SWIFT TRANSFER to the following account:
