 Entry Requirements

For Bachelor’s Programs

  • Completion of +2 level or equivalent with strong academic performance.

  • English Language Proficiency:

    • IELTS overall 6.0 (no band below 5.5)

    • TOEFL iBT: minimum 79

    • PTE Academic: minimum 54

For Master’s Programs

  • A recognized Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • English Language Proficiency:

    • IELTS 6.5 (minimum 6.0 in each band)

    • TOEFL iBT: minimum 92

    • PTE: minimum 62

  • Supporting documents: Transcript, CV, motivation letter, passport copy, and recommendation letters (if required).

  • Bachelor’s Degrees: €10,000–12,000 per year

  • PhD Programs: No tuition fee for doctoral studies

  • Additional cost: €300–€350 per month for housing and €700–€1,000/month for living expenses

 Scholarships for International Students

1. University of Oulu International Scholarship

  • Tuition fee waivers of 50%, 75% or 100%

  • Based on academic performance during application and continuing study progress

2. Finland Scholarship

  • Full tuition coverage + €5,000 relocation grant

  • For the first year of study in select Master’s programs

3. Programme-Specific Scholarships
