Entry Requirements for International Students

Undergraduate

  • Completion of +2 / Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB) or NEB with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (around 65–75%) depending on the program.

  • Minimum GPA or academic score requirement depending on the program.

  • English language proficiency:

    • IELTS: Overall 6.5 (no band less than 6.0)

    • TOEFL iBT: 79 (with minimum sub-scores)

    • PTE Academic: 58 (no section below 50)

Postgraduate

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Nepal, with a minimum GPA of 2.8 to 3.5/4.0 (depending on the course)

  • Some competitive programs (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering, Health Sciences) may require a background in a related field and a higher GPA.
